Bei der Zusammenstellung unserer Kaffee-, Tee- und Weinkarte orientieren wir uns stets an der Qualität der Rohstoffe
Die Kaffeebohnen werden aus Chiang Mai bezogen. Mittlere Röstung und Nassaufbereitung tragen dazu bei, dass Geschmack und Aroma erhalten bleiben.

Die Teekarte umfasst ausgewählte chinesische Teesorten, darunter auch Hochgebirgstees.

Unsere typischen Erfrischungsgetränke enthalten ausschließlich frische Kräuter und Beeren!
